Who we are
FLR Holdings UK Limited (“FLR Holdings”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a privately owned holding company. This website is a corporate and informational website for FLR Holdings and the businesses within its portfolio.
For privacy enquiries, contact contact@flrholdings.com.
What information we process
This website does not currently provide user accounts, checkout, newsletters or contact forms. If you contact us by email, we may receive your name, email address, company details and any information you choose to include.
The website also provides an AI assistant named Morgan, operated through Polyosync, for questions about FLR Holdings and its activities. If you choose to use Morgan, the messages and information you submit through the chat may be transmitted to the service provider supporting the assistant so that a response can be generated. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, highly sensitive personal information, confidential client information or other information that you would not want processed through an online service.
Our hosting, security and infrastructure providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, request timestamps and server logs. This is used for delivery, security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
How we use personal information
- to respond to enquiries and business correspondence;
- to assess and manage legitimate business opportunities;
- to maintain appropriate business and communication records;
- to operate, secure and maintain the website and related infrastructure; and
- to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Lawful bases
Where UK data protection law applies, the lawful basis will depend on the circumstances. This may include legitimate interests where processing is necessary for operating and protecting the business, taking steps at your request, performance of a contract where applicable, or compliance with a legal obligation.
We do not rely on consent where another lawful basis is more appropriate. Where consent is required, it will be requested clearly and can be withdrawn.
Legitimate interests
Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests may include communicating with people who contact the company, maintaining business relationships, protecting our systems, preventing misuse, and operating the FLR Holdings website as a corporate presence.
Sharing and recipients
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that host, secure, maintain or support our website, AI assistant and communications, but only where necessary for the relevant purpose. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, property, users or business.
Career opportunities may be published on this website on behalf of portfolio companies. Applications are directed to the relevant portfolio company and are subject to that company's own privacy arrangements.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted international transfer applies, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of legal, accounting, security and business requirements. Email enquiries are normally retained for as long as needed to manage the enquiry and any resulting relationship, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Cookies and similar technologies
FLR Holdings uses strictly necessary technical mechanisms for website delivery and security. With your consent, the website also uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregated website usage and improve the site. Google Analytics is configured with Google Consent Mode and analytics storage remains denied until consent is given. The site may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms required for secure delivery or basic functionality. Our separate Cookie Policy explains the current position.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law and any relevant exemptions, you may have rights to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise a right, contact contact@flrholdings.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Automated decision-making
FLR Holdings does not currently use solely automated decision-making or profiling through this website that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
Children
This website is not directed specifically at children and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information through dedicated website functionality.
Complaints
If you have a concern, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), which is the relevant UK supervisory authority for data protection matters.
Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Policy when our processing activities, services or legal obligations change. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
