FLR Holdings was founded by Andreea Neacsu as a practical, hands-on company built around a simple belief: businesses do not need to be loud to be ambitious.

Andreea's background spans digital development, business operations, customer-facing environments and early-stage venture building. Over time, that experience has shaped an approach that is deliberately close to the work — understanding the customer, building the systems, solving the unglamorous problems and improving what already exists.

FLR is the structure through which that work can continue: a home for businesses that can stand on their own, while benefiting from the perspective, infrastructure and discipline of being part of a wider group.
